  • When installing Discs 3&4:  After Disc 3 - your system screen will tell you to install Disc 2.  Ignore the screen.  It really needs Disc #4

  • Finding your Security Code: 
  • Your 5-digit code should be in your owner’s manual or anti-theft card. Can also be found on a white sticker in the glovebox

  • FAQ:  
    • Why do some systems require 4 discs?  For systems that haven't been updated in many years, the database size is quite large.  You are essentially getting 2 map updates:  Discs 1-2 is the update to the 2021 map update.  Discs 3-4 is the update to the 2023 map update
    • What if my Home Address or other important address isn't found in the database?:  You can still save any point on the map as your Home, etc.  See instructions here
